Returns
More than anything we want you to love your purchase!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, your order is eligible to be returned for an exchange or store credit as long as it is in resalable condition.
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange.
How To Start your Return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact customercare@fenoel.com to notify our returns team of your return.
Return forms are provided on the back of every invoice.
Please fill out your form before sending your item back. Incomplete forms will result in a delay of your return processing time.
We highly advise when choosing your method of return, be sure to get a tracking number.
Refunds (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only full and partial refunds are granted, if applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and store credit code will be emailed to you for future use within a certain amount of days. Expedited processing fees are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@fenoel.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items and Made to Measure items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do replace items if they are damaged or not as described. If for some reason the item does not fit we will also replace it. If you need to exchange it for a different item, send us an email at customercare@fenoel.com and mail your items to the address provided on your return form.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver.
Shipping
To return your product, please mail your order to the address provided on the back of your invoice - located at the bottom right of the return form.
We highly advise when choosing your method of return, be sure to get a tracking number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
