Returns Policy

More than anything we want you to love your purchase! 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, your order is eligible to be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers.  If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange.

*Please note: if your order contains a sale item, returns are not applicable as they are final sale.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.
 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver.
 
Shipping
To return your product, please complete the return form on the back of your invoice. If your invoice does not have a return form your order contains sale item(s) and is not applicable for a return.

You can mail your return order to the address provided on the back of your invoice - located at the bottom right of the return form. 

Unfortunately we do not provide return labels. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly advise when choosing your method of return, be sure to get a tracking number.
