Fe Noel SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

By opting in to Fe Noel’s SMS/text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Fe Noel, which may be sent through our messaging service provider, Klaviyo, to the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using automated technology where permitted by law. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of making a purchase.

Messages may include promotional offers, product launches, new arrivals, collection announcements, exclusive updates and other marketing communications from Fe Noel. You may also receive service-related messages where applicable.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Fe Noel does not charge for participation in this messaging program, but your wireless carrier may charge you for text messages and data usage according to your mobile plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details.

Opting Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Fe Noel. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages through this program unless you opt in again. If you have subscribed to separate messaging programs, you may need to opt out of each program individually.

Mobile Number and Carrier Information: By opting in, you confirm that you are authorized to use the mobile number provided. If your mobile number changes, please opt out using your previous number and enroll again with your new number. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to the Messaging Program: Fe Noel reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue its SMS/text messaging program or update these terms, subject to applicable law. If the phone number or short code used to operate the program changes, we will provide notice where required. Messages sent to an outdated number or short code may not be received, including STOP or HELP requests.

Disclaimer: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fe Noel is not responsible for delayed, failed or misdirected message delivery, errors in message content, or actions taken in reliance on messages received through this program. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Your participation in Fe Noel’s SMS/text messaging program is voluntary. By opting in, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.
